October is Senior Wellness Month. At Canine Aquatics & Fitness Center, we celebrate Seniors and value their years of loyalty & companionship. For more information about Senior Programs & Senior Discounts, call 973-970-9112.
Although September and the AKC's Responsible Dog Ownership month is behind us, Canine Aquatics & Fitness Center will uphold those values set within the RDO Promise and ensures a facility that will provide the proper amount of exercise and mental stimulation appropriate for your dog's age, breed and energy level all year long. We look forward to seeing our friends next year on Sunday, September 28, 2008, 11AM-3PM.
The Principles of Aquatic Therapy
The principles of aquatic therapy are to create a warm moist supportative environment that provides less impact on joints, reduces pain and inflammation through hydrostatic pressure, increases strength and ROM while working through gentle resistence. Aquatic Therapy promotes weight loss, increases endurance through cardio-vascular fitness. Author: C.
